Sonia is a team-oriented and highly motivated business professional with proven experience in all facets of managing an organization. Having successfully worked in verticals including Restaurant Food Service, Security and Health & Fitness, Sonia is now enjoying applying her array of skills and knowledge to the Executive Recruitment industry.

Sonia has been with Forward Focus Recruitment Inc since July 2010. Prior to Joining FFR, Sonia was the Administration Manager for Initial Security Services (now owned by Garda). Managing and maintaining the weekly financial reporting, client invoicing, payables and receivables were a few of her responsibilities as well as planning office events and establishing strong relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Her main focus’ with FFR are to streamline the day to day operations, and to continue to evolve the efficiency of the recruitment team in matching qualified candidates to prospective employers by leveraging technology to grow FFR’s network of executive professionals.
